Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of voicebahamas.com and the Earn Tings panellist platform operated by BahaNext Group Ltd (in formation) in The Bahamas ("we", "us", "our").

By signing up or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

To use VoiceBahamas you must:

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and access to your phone number secure. You agree not to share your account with anyone or allow anyone else to use it. You must notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Each person may have only one account. Duplicate accounts will be deactivated and any associated points may be forfeited.

3. Surveys and participation

Survey invitations are offered based on your profile and the audience requirements of each study. You are under no obligation to accept any specific survey.

You agree to provide truthful, considered answers to surveys. We use quality checks (response time, consistency, attention checks) to maintain panel quality. Accounts that consistently provide low-quality, rushed, or inconsistent answers may be deactivated and any unredeemed points forfeited.

4. Points and rewards

4.1 Earning points

You may earn points for actions such as signing up, completing your profile, completing surveys, and referring friends. Specific point values are displayed in the platform and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Redemption

Points can be redeemed for digital vouchers at the threshold and reward amounts displayed in the app. Reward type, value, and availability depend on inventory and on the campaign through which you joined.

4.3 Voucher delivery

Voucher codes are delivered to the contact details on your account. Allow a reasonable time for fulfilment, subject to review for fraud prevention.

4.4 Vouchers

Third-party vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of their issuers. We are not responsible for issuer terms, expiry dates set by the issuer, regional restrictions, or any disputes arising from voucher redemption with the issuer.

4.5 Points expiry

Points may expire after extended inactivity. Expired points cannot be redeemed or restored.

4.6 No cash value

Points have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash. They are a non-monetary record of activity on the platform.

4.7 Right to amend

We may, at our discretion, adjust point values, redemption thresholds, or reward tiers from time to time.

5. Referrals

You may share your referral link with friends who are eligible to join. Referral bonuses are awarded only when the referred person verifies their account and completes their profile. Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals (e.g. fake accounts) will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may lead to account deactivation.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, including its design, code, content, and branding (VoiceBahamas, Earn Tings, and related marks), is the property of the operator or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

By participating in surveys, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use your responses for research, analytics, and commercial purposes.

8. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By signing up, you grant us the right to use your survey responses, demographic profile, and platform activity for purposes including:

By signing up, you agree to receive communications from us related to your account, surveys, and rewards. Transactional messages (verification codes, voucher delivery) cannot be disabled without deactivating your account.

11. Account deactivation

You may deactivate your account at any time by contacting us. On deactivation, we may anonymise or remove personal data. Any unredeemed points or pending rewards may be forfeited upon deactivation.

We may also deactivate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period.

12. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific outcomes (such as the number or value of surveys you will receive). Survey opportunities depend on demand from researchers and your profile match.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or relating to your use of the platform is limited to the total value of unredeemed points in your account at the time of the claim, capped at USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator, its directors, employees, and partners against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be resolved in the courts of The Bahamas.
