This policy applies to all Bahamian residents who visit our website, create an account, or take part in surveys through VoiceBahamas and Earn Tings.

VoiceBahamas is a market research platform serving The Bahamas. It is operated by BahaNext Group Ltd (currently in formation), hereafter referred to as "the operator". The panel and reward infrastructure are provided by Earn Tings.

- Mobile phone number (used to verify your identity via SMS one-time code)

- Gender
- Island of residence
- General location (verified at signup, see section 2.3)
2.2 Information you provide when completing the optional profile survey
- Household composition, employment status, education, and income range
- Housing type and constituency
- Vehicle, internet, mobile, and banking provider preferences
- Shopping, media, and lifestyle preferences
Completing the profile survey is optional but unlocks more relevant survey invitations.
2.3 Location verification
We use location data for fraud prevention and to confirm responses originate from The Bahamas.
2.4 Information collected automatically
- Device type, operating system, and browser
- IP address (used for fraud prevention and rough geographic verification)
- Referral source (e.g. campaign link clicked, referring friend)
- Survey responses, points balance, redemption activity
3. How we use your information
We use the information collected to:
- Verify you are an eligible Bahamian resident
- Match you to relevant survey opportunities
- Track points earned and rewards owed
- Deliver rewards (digital voucher codes are sent via SMS or in-app)
- Prevent duplicate accounts and fraud
- Improve the platform
- Communicate important account or survey notifications
